The Marina Collection offers 2 models of townhomes with 4 different floorplans measuring 1,146 to 1,544 square feet. The townhomes have 2 storeys, 2 - 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a garage. As with all KB Home properties there is a 10-Year Limited Warranty.

Buying Process:

  1. 10% of total sale price for a deposit.
  2. Further 15% before the start of building (making a total of 25% deposit).

Buyers who arrange their mortgage with the builders’ preferred lender, Countrywide KB Home Loans (CKBHL), will receive a contribution towards closing costs of 1.5% of the total purchase price of their home, up to a maximum figure of $3,000.
