Nearby there is great golf, shopping, dining and nightlife in Orlando.

The first phase is now completed with just resales available. However, Aviana has just released a new range of homes, the Palm Series - see details below.


Future plans for Aviana include townhomes – no details available yet.

Buying Process:

  1. Initial deposit: $5,000 with the signed contract.
  2. 30-day deposit: 20% less $5,000 already paid to be received not later than 30 days from the contract date.
  3. Balance payable at closing. (The builders are now asking Foreign Nationals to pay a total of 35% deposit by the time they close.)

Builder’s incentive to buyers:
The builders offer incentives to buyers who use their preferred mortgage lender or for cash buyers. These incentives vary but are often contributions towards closing costs.
