Villa Sorrento

Villa Sorrento is a new community of just 82 homesites built by Avante Venture Partners. There will be four different house models offering 4 and 5 bedroom accommodation built to a high specification.

All homes will have as standard:

There are no onsite amenities and Home Owners Association fees is $100 per month.
Lot premiums are between $Nil, $2,500, $4,000, $5,000 and $10,000.

Many of the homes are now complete with some resales available.

Both the Positano and Amalfi models are available as either a 4 or 5 bedroom homes.

The builders offer a $10,000 discount off the prices below which can be put towards an upscale furniture package. This offer does not apply to the 3-bed Napoli II model.


Villa Sorrento offers a choice of buying process.
Either:

  1. $5,000 to reserve a lot. Fully refundable.
  2. 15% deposit payable with signed contract within 30 days, less $5K already paid.
  3. Balance due at closing.

Or:
Buy your home with a Construction Perm Loan. This means you will close on your property when you sign the sales contract. At that point you own the land and your bank funds the construction of the house. When the house is completed, a Certificate of Occupancy is issued and you then can move in. There is no other “closing” to be done. All the paperwork is done at the front end rather than when the house is complete.
The builders are offering a $3,000 contribution towards closing costs to buyers who arrange a Construction Perm Loan.



Location:
Villa Sorrento is situated on Highway 27 close to Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club and immediately north of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake.
