PLANS TO BUILD THE SAN MARCO RESORT HAVE BEEN TEMPORARILY PUT ON HOLD DUE TO THE STATE OF THE MARKET IN FLORIDA.

San Marco Resort will be a luxury condo hotel in the Lake Buena Vista area of Orlando. It will consist of two 15 story buildings of Venetian architecture and cover an area of 11 acres. There will be a total of 472 units – 236 per building. There will be 1, 2 and 3 bedroom fully furnished condo units ranging from 671 sq ft to 1,445 sq ft. The 2 and 3 bedroom units will have a lock-off facility.

San Marco Resort will have a two-story marble-finished lobby with 40-foot ceilings and a winding staircase to the Clubhouse.

San Marco Resort by Lake Buena Vista Developers is due to start construction in May 2007 with completion scheduled for two years later.

The condo hotel will be situated in the Lake Buena Vista corridor close to International Drive, restaurants, cinemas, the Convention Center, the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet stores and just minutes from the Disney attractions, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

At San Marco Resort, owners will have the choice of whether to join in the rental program or whether to keep the condo for their own use. There will be no restrictions so the choice will be yours. If you decide to join the rental program, the hotel chain will obtain rentals for you from which you will receive approximately 50% of the rental income. Estimates for hotel occupancy in this area for 2004 are 93.4% and this figure is sure to remain very high with so many attractions in the area so close.
