Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa is one of the largest condo hotels in Central Florida. Home Owners Association fees include everything except the electric bill which averages about $70 to $120 a month.


Rental Program:
At Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa owners will have the choice of whether to join in the rental program or whether to keep the condo for their own use. There will be no restrictions so the choice will be yours. If you decide to join the rental program, the management company will obtain rentals for you from which you will receive two-thirds of the rental income.
