Watersong is currently being developed in Loughman, just south of CR54 on the east side of Hwy 17-92. Watersong offers the new "Beach Series" of vacation homes and almost all lots will have conservation or lake views. Homesites are 150’ deep with lots of room for extended pools with extended decks. No homesites back up to another pool...only water, conservation or wetlands.

The brand new "Beach Series" of vacation homes are being offered for the first time at Watersong. These terrific new floorplans were designed specifically as resort homes, keeping the needs of vacationers in mind. The Springs Series
Watersong also has the Springs Series of 3, 4 and 6-Bedroom homes - which are now only available as resales.
The Springs Series offers 3 to 6 bedroom plans, with a complete resort home package. Architectural Shingles, pool with edge to edge decking, pool heater, all appliances and blinds are included. All you need do is choose your homesite, and your new vacation home will be complete.



The Palm Series
Watersong has recently released the Palm Series which replaces the Springs Series and offers 6 different floorplans of 4 and 5 bedrooms or 5 + Den. All homes in this series have 2 Master Suites. The price of all homes includes tiled floors in all wet areas, all appliances and blinds. Also included in the price is a 12-ft x 24-ft swimming pool with gas heater and a 21-ft x 32-ft screened enclosure.

The Palm Series has the option of a complete Resort Package which includes all the above but has the benefit of a 15-ft x 30-ft swimming pool with gas heater and a 21-ft x 40-ft screened enclosure.

Almost all homes have a 150-ft homesite and a conservation view.




THE PRESERVE AT WATERSONG
The Preserve at Watersong offers the new Coastal Collection of luxury vacation homes starting from the low $300's.

The Coastal Collection of homes offers the feeling of elegant relaxation. Designed for larger homesites, these homes have porches on the front and lanais at the back. The largest two models are also available with three-car garages.

Coastal Collection features include:

  • 4 to 5 Bedrooms
  • 3 to 5 Bathrooms

Buying Process:

  1. Initial deposit: $5,000 with the signed contract.
  2. 30-day deposit: 20% less $5,000 already paid to be received not later than 30 days from the contract date.
  3. Balance payable at closing. (The builders are now asking Foreign Nationals to pay a total of 35% deposit by the time they close.)

Builder’s incentive to buyers:
The builders offer incentives to buyers who use their preferred mortgage lender or for cash buyers. These incentives vary but are often contributions towards closing costs.


Home Owners Association
Home Owners Association fees at Watersong will be $2,000 at closing and $3,200 annually. They will be pro-rated at closing depending on the closing date.
