Golf:
The championship golf course at Providence was designed by Michael Dasher, who has designed more than 40 courses around the country.

The Providence course is a sandy links style layout that was designed to challenge players of all skill levels. The course opened in late 2006 and takes full advantage of the beautiful, Florida environment. Golfers will enjoy views of natural Florida wetlands, moss-laden oak trees and sparkling lakes and ponds.

The 8,000-square-foot Golf Clubhouse includes a fully-equipped pro shop, a lounge and a restaurant with seating for up to 200 people. The restaurant is available for community and private events, such as business meetings and wedding receptions.

Providence offers the solitude and beauty of natural Florida, and is located near Walt Disney World and other world famous attractions and the Orlando shops.

Developers:
Providence is being developed by ABD Development Company, one of Central Florida’s premier community developers and the area’s number one custom homebuilder. With plans for more than 4,800 homes, Providence is destined to become one of the premier family recreation and golf communities in Florida. The homes will range from the $250's to over $1 million.

The developers, ABD Development have recently completed construction of three model homes, ranging from 4-7 bedrooms and from 3,200 sq ft – 5,500 sq ft of living space, priced from the $500’s. They are pre-selling single family homes and lakefront townhomes.

ABD plans to build 86 single-family homes in the first phase priced from the $500’s and 50 townhomes priced from the $250s plus 100 two and three bedroom lakefront townhomes. There are also plans for shops to be constructed near the entrance of the community.

Victoria Woods at Providence
