Antigua Cove at Little Harbor will provide many styles of waterfront homes offering easy access to the waterways of Little Harbor. 1 $15,000 to reserve your unit
2 20% deposit with the signed contract
Single Family Homes:
Four builders have been selected. The procedure will be to close on the lot then have a construction loan as the home is completed. Usually a construction loan requires a 20% deposit of the entire package price.
