The Villas at ChampionsGate is a new luxury condo hotel with 2 and 3 bedroom condo units which will become an extension of the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.

The Villas at ChampionsGate will be aimed at giving vacationers to the world-class golf resort the space and comforts of home, all in a setting that will include the amenities of a luxury hotel.

Owners and guests at The Villas at ChampionsGate will have the benefit of all the Omni Orlando Resort’s amenities, including the 10,000 sq ft European-style spa, three pools and upscale dining at Zen, David’s Club and Trevi’s. They will also be able to take advantage of the world headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy and enjoy the two Greg Norman-designed golf courses at ChampionsGate.

ChampionsGate, with its beautifully designed double gates, is Florida’s premier golf resort community, covering approximately 1,500 acres south-west of Orlando. Home to two unique 18-hole championship golf courses designed by accomplished architect and golfer, Greg Norman, ChampionsGate is regarded as one of the top courses, not only in Florida, but in the United States.

ChampionsGate is also home to more than 20 retailers, restaurants, and companies, including Meadowbrook Golf, Frankly Golf, Publix, BP Connect, Walgreens and LeCrepe French Restaurant.

When completed, there will be nine mid-rise buildings and already the luxury units are selling fast.

Phase 1 of The Villas at ChampionsGate, Building I has five floors with 57 units and is now completed.

Whilst Building I will be a condo hotel featuring the amenities of the Omni, the remaining buildings will offer more flexibility.

The luxury 2 and 3-bedroom condo units will have:

Balconies with golf course and water views
Furniture package included in the price

Prices start from the low $600’s for Building 1 which has golf and lake views. Prices vary from floor to floor.

The units range from 1,424 to 2,260 sq ft and buyers can choose from five floorplans - two for 2-bedroom, two for 3-bedroom, one penthouse.

No details have been released yet for Building 2 but it is anticipated the floorplans will have a smaller square footage.

Owners will have the option of joining the rental/management program managed by Omni Orlando Resort. Owners who join the program will receive a discount card for all the other amenities available at ChampionsGate and full house-keeping services will be available for a small fee. Units which are placed in the program will be rented in a rotation system.

Buying Process:

$5,000 initial deposit to reserve your condo.
10% of the purchase price, less the $5K already paid, payable with the signed contract within 15 days.
Balance payable at closing.

Location:
15 minutes from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, just off the I-4 at Exit 58 (Reunion/ChampionsGate Exit).
