  1. Deposit of 15% of the purchase price within 14 days of the signed contract.
  2. Balance payable at closing.




Incentives when using Builders' preferred mortgage lender:
$10,000 towards closing costs using Meritage Home Funding



Home Owner Association Fees:
There will be an initial funding fee of $500 for the Clubhouse which will be collected at Closing.
Also an initial funding of $500 for Master Association which will be collected at Closing.
Annual Home Owners Association Fees will be $3,200, payable quarterly. ($265 per month and includes cable)
The first payment of the HOA will be pro-rated at closing.
