Interior Design:
CMA Companies have selected Gettys as the interior design firm for the spectacular 1,500-room property, which was recently named Florida's Visionary Project of the Year.

Management:
The Blue Rose has chosen world-renowned Monarch Hotels & Resorts to manage The Blue Rose Hotel & Convention Center.

Monarch will not only manage the hotel’s rental program but also market the rooms/suites, take reservations, operate the front desk, maintain the property and provide the services the hotel guests expect, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge.

The Blue Rose has joined Preferred Hotels® & Resorts, a collection of the world's finest independent hotels and resorts. Upon completion, the 1,292 luxury hotel residences will be offered through Preferred's global sales network and reservation systems and will benefit from the group's marketing and brand building activities.

Buying Process:

  1. $10,000 to reserve your unit – this is a fully refundable deposit.
  2. 10% deposit less $10K already paid with the signed contract.
  3. Further 10% at the start of construction, anticipated to be beginning of 2007.
  4. Balance payable at closing.

Phase 1 of the $850M luxury condo hotel is now selling.
The 13-acre resort, which is a three-phased project, will be located a mile and a half from the Orange County Convention Center and a mile from Universal Studios Florida. Construction on subsequent phases of the $850 million project is scheduled to begin in the fall of this year with completion dates in August 2008 and January 2009.
