Mona Lisa at Celebration will be a luxurious world-class condo hotel designed by world renowned architect, Morris Adjmi. It will be close to all the attractions of the area being just 5 minutes to Disney and golf with shops, restaurants and nightlife all nearby.

Mona Lisa at Celebration will offer 240 one and two bedroom fully-furnished condo suites in two five-storey buildings. There will be 93 one-bedroom suites with 715 sq ft and 147 two-bedroom suites with 1,250 sq ft. The whole complex will cover 12 acres of attractively landscaped tropical gardens.

Mona Lisa will be close to some of the best golf courses in Central Florida. Celebration Golf Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr and Robert Trent Jones Jr is just 5 minutes away and is rated in the “Top-100 Places to Play".

Amenities at Mona Lisa at Celebration will include:

The condo suites will all be fully-furnished and attractively decorated. The interior furnishings are to be designed by Duffy Partners, an international design firm, and by Morris Adjmi.

  • Stainless steel appliances throughout Kitchen
  • Solid surface counter tops and stainless steel sink in Kitchen
  • Cultured marble vanities and ceramic tile in Bathroom
  • Luxury linens in Bedrooms and Bathrooms

  • King-size beds plus a Queen-size sleeper sofa in Living Room
  • Patio balconies on every suite
  • Balconies furnished with exterior furniture

Developer:
The developer is Mona Lisa at Celebration LLC, a USA-based affiliate of Mona Lisa Hotels & Residences and Mona Lisa Group, with headquarters in Aix en Provence, France. Mona Lisa Group is an international developer of condominium hotel and multi-family projects over the past fifteen years, and is currently developing several comparable projects, all in the French Alps.

Management:
Professional management of Mona Lisa at Celebration will be offered by an affiliate of Mona Lisa Hotels & Residences. Participation in the management program is optional. Owners can use their units up to 179 days per year.
The Management program revenue split is:
60% to owner, 35% to Management Company and 5% to repair reserve (for nicks, scratches, stains, etc.)

Phase 2 prices will be from the $300’s to high $500’s.
Premiums will apply for views of pool, preserve and Celebration from $10,000 to $45,000.
Units on 3rd and 4th floor will have premiums of $10,000 and $20,000.

Buying Process:

  1. 15% down payment to secure contract-no other payments until closing.
  2. Closing upon completion.

The town of Celebration
Celebration was envisioned as a way to build upon Walt Disney's original vision, a plan for a utopian community in Florida, and was built by the Disney Corporation in the mid-1990’s. It has wide sidewalks, open spaces and abundant greenery, and blends the best of traditional and modern architecture. Opposite Celebration Hospital in Celebration which is on the south side of Hwy 192, five miles south of Walt Disney World at the intersection of I-4 and US Highway 192 East.
