Greens Edge is a luxury golf condo hotel community situated at Province Park, Fort Myers, on Florida's Gulf Coast.

Prices range from $387K to $490K depending on floorplan, storey and view. (Prices subject to change without notice.) The garages are separate from the condo buildings itself.

Buying Process:

$2,500 reservation deposit.
Within a few weeks - 10% deposit with signed contract minus the $2,500 already paid.
Additional 5% deposit 60 days later.
Further 5% deposit at slab.

The projected build time is 16 to 24 months.

Investors will not be able to sell a unit until the development is sold out.
